According to Kansas City.com, October 21: “Federal officials say Missouri is the first state in the nation to get approval for a special health-care coordination program under President Barack Obama’s health care law.”

In response, Ron Calzone (Missouri First) stated that, “Missouri has become the first state to implement part of Obamacare! That’s right, the first state to vote “NO!” on Obamacare (Prop C) is now also the first to capitulate to it. This is the second time Governor Nixon has tried to thwart the will of the people, but he seems to have done it this time. The race for governor is the MOST IMPORTANT race this cycle. We can’t settle for a rino to oppose Nixon.”
