One recent development concerning a reinforcing of the Constitutional role of the Sheriff is SB600 (Sponsored by Senator Lembke). This would required federal agents to personally notify the sheriff in the county where a federal warrant is to be served. Already, various Sheriff’s around the nation (who understand their community better than the Federal Government) have helped reign in Federal agents who attempt to side-step the Constitution. So please help support SB600 in Missouri by contacting our leaders and letting them know we think it’s important!

If you’d like to learn a little more about the Constitutional Role of the Sheriff, you might enjoy a podcast where Sheriff Mack gave an interview on the Tenth Amendment Center podcast. Also, a friend of the program (Mr. Holland) provided us with the following link on the Constitutional Sheriff from Chuck Baldwin.
As an update, the Missouri Constitutional Sheriff Program has been very well received over the last several weeks (since it’s initial launch). We’ve had a number of positive responses from various county groups across the State, as well as feedback from a few on how their Sheriffs view their role in the community. Also, we’ve had some Sheriff’s themselves -including a law officer in Cole County – who have been happy to talk and learn more about the program. Thank you to everyone who has helped us get the word out – and please keep it up! We should continue to have exciting news in the weeks and months to come, so please stay tuned.

My husband is running for county sheriff and would like to receive every thing you have about happening around our state. He is a member of the Oath Keepers and really looks forward to reading Sheriff Mack’s post and videos. Can’t wait to see the videos from the Convention in Las Vegas. Thanks so much for all those who are so dedicated to being Oath Keepers and Protecting and defending the Constitutional Rights of the people.
Connie, you may want to take a look (if you haven’t already) at the resources we have at http://missouritenth.com/mcs/. We’ve been using the packets available at that link to send out to our local law enforcement in the hopes of encouraging them in the protection of their people. If you or your husband would like to become involved in helping share the message, please let us know! We’d like to help in any way we can.
