    The US Constitution is as you know the oldest written Constitution in the world still in effect, and all Justice Ginsburg meant was that it was drafted when a “person” was a white male head of household and property owner. The US Constitution had to be revised after the Civil War to clarify personhood. If you have a problem with what she says, this means that you want a less generous definition of personhood. But that opens a can of worms: the battle over personhood.
