Article from June 4 illustrates that Police State in Aurora Colorado didn’t help prevent the “Dark Knight” shootings

Coming across a June 4 article on a Police-State crack-down in Aurora, Colorado – I found this to be yet another “coincidence” that this city appeared in the news over a month ago in relation to the police and a tragic situation that will likely result in even more loss of rights for the people of Colorado – and perhaps the rest of the nation. Please read the below story teaser from ABC News, June 4, and then click on the provided link to read the rest. It’s clear that despite the police-state measures that Aurora Colorado employed in June – it wasn’t enough to stop a shooting from happening over a month later.

ABC News, June 4:  “Police in Aurora, Colo., searching for suspected bank robbers stopped every car at an intersection, handcuffed all the adults and searched the cars, one of which they believed was carrying the suspect. Police said they had received what they called a “reliable” tip that the culprit in an armed robbery at a Wells Fargo bank committed earlier was stopped at the red light.

“We didn’t have a description, didn’t know race or gender or anything, so a split-second decision was made to stop all the cars at that intersection, and search for the armed robber,” Aurora police Officer Frank Fania told ABC News. Officers barricaded the area, halting 19 cars.

“Cops came in from every direction and just threw their car in front of my car,” Sonya Romero, one of the drivers who was handcuffed, told ABC News affiliate in Denver. From there, the police went from car to car, removing the passengers and handcuffing the adults.”

I hope the people of Aurora stand up for themselves and shrug from their neck, the police state that has obviously taken hold. This is like a scene from a 3rd world country. The cops must think they are handcuffing and lining them all up for execution, based on the videos and pictures we have seen. I sincerely hope these innocent civilians will sue this city and police department and win hugely. Blatant police state/fascist totalitarian methods used here, and its absolutely sickening that not only did the police chief OK this, but then supported it as a job well done afterwards!

Job well done? The criminal will most likely go free, because the cops forced his search under duress, which nullifies everything they found. This is what happens when you put barbarians with weapons on a squad that thinks they can do whatever they want to the people of this country. This is a public announcement to the people of America from the police “We can do whatever the $%@! we want to you, unconstitutional or not.. and you cant do S%!T!” Blatant violations of the 4th amendment, false arrests, detaining people without probable cause, pointing loaded weapons at OLD WOMEN AND CHILDRENS FACES, are you kidding me? I hope these cops and all COs are removed from duty and spend time behind bars. This is obviously not routine or lawful police work, so these cops just had a twitch and wanted to harass and threaten people, and the ends NEVER justify the means when it involves sacrificing rights of innocent civilians.

If this is what “freedom” is like in America… to be pulled from your car when you are innocent, handcuffed with a rifle at your face, and lined up like criminals… well.. Let me find my passport.
