  1. How does The “Firearms Freedom Act” jive with your 2nd “Amendment Preservation Act.”?

There seems to be some overlap/

Personally, both the Firearm Freedom’s Act and 2nd Amendment Preservation Act are unnecessary legislation that only further complicates our God-given rights. The 2nd Amendment states that we have the right to keep and bear arms. That should be clear enough.

Carknow32 very sadly and alarmingly you like most Americans do not understand what the Constitution is! The second amendment is merely a prohibition on the Federal government. And might I add a prohibition that has worked extremely poorly.

State nullification is absolutely required.Carknow32. The out of control federal monster is never going to control itself.

You are on the right track with the acknowledgment that rights are God given. The real answer is to get the sheeple to realize this and not to think that our rights emanate from government. Also remember that you will only retain he rights that you are willing to fight for. What is written on any piece of paper does nothing to defend them… you have to do that.
