Charlie Daniel at Knoxnews.com created the first cartoon in this panel – which is a rather ominous portrayal of Tennessee’s efforts towards nullifying Federal aggression. However, the cartoon following Mr. Daniel’s work was created by a liberty-minded artist as a response (and a more positive look at State’s Rights). Hope you enjoy!
